The Econyl Swimsuit fabric blends a nylon/nylon fabric with long nylon fibers that were developed as an innovative method of producing cellulose from recycled nylon. It then uses the ECONYL® process to remove additional chemical and water treatments by-products from these recycled wood fibers, producing a fabric that exceeds the highest OEKO TEX® 100 requirements for product purity. The non-woven laminate is undetectable, creating a smooth cloth that is soft to the touch and supple enough to use without lining.
